I started using One medical because I am a small business owner and I do not have medical coverage. The process was easy to get signed up and use the service as local branches where you can go in and actually see a doctor you can do virtual appointments. It has been a great experience for me. Dr. Patel is amazing always listens and provides the best care possible for me. His team in Houston. Kyle and Aurora are always helpful and available. They make me feel welcome and I will continue to use the service.

I signed up through Amazon. My initial visit with the provider was awesome. Mrs. Curry is awesome. The following interactions were challenging. There is not cohesiveness between the lab expectations and the provider front office staff. I do not see the benefit of paying 100 to Amazon. There is not a discount in service. Patients can just contact the provider on their own.

I’ve never had such a good relationship with a doctor in my life. Dr Curry is so down to earth, and talks to me like a friend would. I feel very comfortable here, the staff at the front desk is always friendly too. I’ve never had to wait for more than 5 minutes, even for lab visits. Love this place. I hope One Medical treats these people nicely! :)
