Excellent service. The front office staff, lab technician, and doctor were all very warm, courteous, and professional. Minimal paperwork as well. It’s definitely worth switching from a conventional clinic to Amazon Clinic—truly one of the best in the business.

One of the worst medical facilities and billing experiences I’ve ever had. My doctor made it sound like I had to schedule a quick follow-up—just a few minutes on video, just 2 days after my in-person physical—when it turned out there was no medical need for it. Then One Medical billed that short video visit at a higher rate than my full diagnostic appointment (literally double $). Their billing team gave me conflicting explanations for months and still hasn’t provided a clear, itemized bill. I keep getting “past due” emails ... read more
