I haven't paid money here but rating based on online experience, a virtual appointment, an in person appointment, and a referral The online sign in process was incredibly buggy for me, running into unknown errors on the website multiple times, not receiving confirmation emails, getting into sign in loops where Amazon would tell me I should sign into one medical and one medical would tell me to sign into Amazon.
