I needed an urgent video visit for Covid treatment options. I was miserable. I got this appointment within 20-minutes of looking, and the NP was amazing! She was on time, smart, kind, had a significant knowledge base, and helped me tremendously.
I was using one medical for a couple years. Their customer service as a whole has really gone down hill (sort of around the time Amazon took it over). As far as this location goes, the last doctor I saw wasn’t very professional either, especially for the price you are paying. Before insurance, a visit here for a 20-30 min slot is over $500. I do not recommend one medical
Best medical care I've ever had. One Medical and Dr. Joshi are top notch. Always on time, NEVER rushed.
Fantastic office and wonderful attentive staff. I'm glad our workplace offers One Medical and i can get access to family doctors and nurses so promptly. Reading some of the negative reviews - please keep in mind your insurance coverage. One Medical subscription offers access to their medical professionals but you still have to keep in mind who your provider covers.
Avoid at all costs. I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to issue a warning and say absolutely do not get care through One Medical. I was on Kaiser and tried One Medical because I got a membership through my employer care here is prohibitively expensive. I went in for a quick urgent visit with an in network provider and it cost $775 with insurance, more than a consult with an out of network specialist. I will not seek care at One Medical again and suggest no one does either.
