Excellent location and well run office. It was clean and inviting with a minimal wait time and experienced staff. Lab service was very quick and the Doctor was attentive and friendly.
I have been seen and treated here twice, and at each visit I received excellent care. I got an appointment quickly. The personnel were professional, helpful and personable. My medical issues were taken care of and my privacy was respected.
I recently joined One Medical when I needed to see a doctor on a weekend when I Was traveling and away from home. Although I’m leery about corporations buying things up and consolidating power, I must say I was able within an hour to make an appointment and had the most lovely experience with a physicians assistant, who was patient knowledgeable and helped me through a tough patch I had several follow up Messages back back-and-forth and she was always prompt and very professional.
My visit started on time, I was able to get my lab work done despite it being just past closing time, which saved me from having to come a second time. Wonderful
One Medical is absolutely wonderful from the moment you walk in until you leave. Your appointment starts when your doctor/provider grabs you from the waiting room. There is no waiting for the provider after someone else checks your vitals. Dr. Lampert is a great doctor. She is kind and compassionate. She takes the time to listen.
