Great experience. Erick Cardenas was very helpful in identifying the issue and took fast and actionable steps to improve it moving forward.
We've loved One Medical for years but it seems to have gone downhill since Amazon bought it. Predictable but unfortunate. Understaffing in SF location led us on an adventure to Berkeley. Once there though the staff was awesome - Dominique at the front desk in particular. It was a long wait but she asked if she could accelerate us (parenting solo with two littles, but didn't need it), and then communicated clearly and called us to let us know our time was coming up. Empathetic and caring throughout. She's a star.
