0 star if I could. Avoid One medical at all cost if you could. I get a reminder to schedule a office visit assuming it was an annual physical exam. Stay for 10 minutes and they measure my weight and blood pressure. Order a lab test to draw my blood. Later I was billed $772 (adjusted to $539.39 by the insurance) as "Moderate to Complex Office visit". I spoke to the service provider and they promise to update the code and the bill should be gone. Love the quality, the level of service, and the professionalism of One Medical. It is modern medicine, delivered impeccably.
Avoid this place, worst and overpriced clinic. A covid test and a primary care visit cost me $630.
AVOID at all costs, unless you like being fleeced. $770. That's how much I was charged for a 30 minute visit to a nurse practitioner, who helped remove ear wax from one ear. And this is AFTER my insurer-negotiated discount (original price: $1,075). I have no idea how they justify those rates. One Med makes it impossible for you to figure out - even a ballpark - how much you might be charged beforehand. The bill they send you after is the first you learn about their exorbitant fees. Zero stars for One Medical’s terrible billing service. The billing team is extremely rude, unhelpful, and completely uninformed. They randomly assign charges without good explanation. I had an annual wellness exam, followed by blood work on another day as requested by my doctor. My doctor then scheduled a virtual visit to review my results, which lasted only five minutes and simply confirmed that everything was fine.
