I love my new fireplace by Acclaim! Lisa and Mike H. and the entire crew were so wonderful to work with. They helped me translate my thoughts into a workable design, and were willing to make adjustments when I changed my mind! This is a rare quality. Acclaim also gutted my ‘80s master bath and delivered a wow factor space! They promised to show up every day ready to work and they did just that. I would not have any other company work on a major project in my home!
Our Acclaim experience exceeded our expectations of what a home remodel was going to be like. Not knowing what to expect & needing design help Mike and Lisa came into our home and talked us through the process. With their extensive backgrounds in design and construction they helped us design the perfect forever home. I wouldn't recommend Acclaim Renovation and Design. They said project would take 5 weeks and it took 5 months...all we had done was the master bathroom. At the end of 5 months our woodwork was scratched and nicked in so many places. Things that were to be painted were not done. Worker took extra long lunches (many times) and smoke breaks constantly every day. The only good thing I can say is that the tile person knew what he was doing, was polite, and came to work. Mike and his crew were great - renovation is fantastic.
We had a major and a minor bathroom renovation done and could not be happier with the end results. We’ve had punch lists from the beginning to the end and Acclaim came through every step of the way to make sure everything was perfect. Mike was a pleasure to work with- always followed through.
