I paid $150 for this guy to come and mount my tv on the wall. It took like a half hour, which is fine! I don’t mind paying, but the tv isn’t level, it’s quite visibly tilted. I messaged him that it was super crooked and he told me he would come out and fix it for another $50. I feel like 150 just to hang a tv is more than enough and that price should include the tv hanging straight.
I bent over backwards to make this work and felt I didn't get the same consideration. Was willing to give new guy a try, even did meet n greet over FB Messenger phone. He did the work and i paid him. I let the install of new vanity dry for over 24 hours. I then go to clean up all the construction dust, etc. and the sink is leaking. He said it was a 5 min fix as he addressed the issue during install on the 3rd but couldn't return until the 14th. Today is the 5th. Obviously not resolved. So much for customer service.
