Frank Harris basically pulled our slide out assembly apart, ordered a part, took our money, and left. We have been trying to get him back out here to finish the job, but we have given up after 5 months of waiting for him to complete the repairs. We can't even take it anywhere because the slide is partially deployed. In my opinion Frank Harris is nothing more than a charlatan.

Frank has helped me twice now and he goes above and beyond! He is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He is fast to respond as well. So glad I found him and I highly recommend his services.
Frank gave me the cost of the repair and scheduled it over the phone. He stayed in touch with me to let me know he got delayed on another job. He came when he said he would with the parts and tools he needed and made the repairs and cleaned up afterwards. The price was exactly what he quoted me and was fair. The repair (replacement of black tank valve & cable on travel trailer with underbelly) is working perfectly. I was very pleased with One Love and would use them again.
The service and work done was very good, friendly, and on time. Pricing was competitive.
