I spent 11 months at one life. During that time just like any other sober living house it had its up and downs. If you think that people with drug problems aren't going to use/relapse because they live in a sober house then you’re just being silly. One life is not a rehab/prison lol. It's a place that allowed me to have freedom but also kept me accountable with my peers as well developed tools and life skills to help me deal with my drug addictions. Going to One Life was truly a life-changing experience for me, and I’m so grateful I had the chance to be there. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about recovery—they were always supportive and there for me when I needed it most. One of the best parts was the amazing connections I made. Being surrounded by people who really understood and supported me made a huge difference. One Life gave me the tools, encouragement, and community I needed to start fresh, and I’ll always be thankful for that.
I didn’t think I’d make it a week out of treatment before relapsing. One Life kept me clean and gave me structure. I was there for nine months and every moment was worth it. The staff is amazing and they actually really give a shit. It’s a special place and I will forever be grateful for the chance at life it gave me.
