The people are great. However the lab was FILTHY! Floor stained by also dirty Not swept. AM garbage can not emptied Empty cups used by water . Can always get in people are nice BUT CLEAN THE PLACE UP MAKES YOU WONDER HOW STEROL THINGS THEY USE ON YOU
I've been coming here for 8 years. Up until today I've decided to part my ways!! I arrived 15 minutes late and was told to reschedule. I now live in Goodyear yet drove over an hour to keep my appt. I explained to them to them I got caught in traffic. I usually get here on time and end up waiting 15-20 min anyways, what's the difference? I will not be back, their loss...I decided to file a complaint and never got a response from the office manager or my lab results I requested...

Ran out of blood pressure meds and they refused to authorize refill until I came in for an appointment. They even refused to authorize a few days worth of pills to hold me over until I could get in for an appointment. I guess they were ok with me having a stroke due to not taking blood pressure meds. One star because they answered the phone.
Dr Finkbeiner left this practice 09/2021 after many years and it has slowly gone downhill since then! I was going to see Carol HELVIG, Np but found out she left today 04/02/2022! I don’t care for any of the Drs or med staff that have remained Im not staying with them- no way!
