Been a member of OneLife for almost 2 years and I love it!
One Life is the best gym I've ever been to. I started at One Life about 2 years ago since I was bored of just weightlifting on my own and was looking for a new challenge. Since then, I've definitely been challenged, but also found an incredible community. The gym is such a motivating, loving environment where you're guaranteed to crush your goals with the support of Hans + the rest of the coaches (and members). Highly recommend!!
Literally loved this gym while I was in Santa Maria. Honestly the best CrossFit gym I have ever been to. Hans is incredibly attentive and encouraging. He makes you feel strong, powerful and capable. The whole staff is so kind. 100% recommend even if you are a beginner.
