Avoid This Building If You Value Your Vehicle! I’ve had a truly frustrating experience with One Lexington Ave Condominiums that I feel compelled to share. I was a monthly parking renter in their garage, and unfortunately, my vehicle was broken into. The lack of adequate security measures is appalling. The management team clearly doesn’t prioritize the safety of their tenants’ vehicles. When I reported the incident, I learned that there were no functional security cameras or regular patrols. Nice place.. Extremely NOISY bars nearby going from 10 pm to 3 am despite being on a higher level floor.
