Avoid This Building If You Value Your Vehicle! I’ve had a truly frustrating experience with One Lexington Ave Condominiums that I feel compelled to share. I was a monthly parking renter in their garage, and unfortunately, my vehicle was broken into. The lack of adequate security measures is appalling. Nice condo building
Nice place.. Extremely NOISY bars nearby going from 10 pm to 3 am despite being on a higher level floor.
My fabulous wife and talented pooch have been here just over a year. This place is like no other high rise in the Phoenix area. I mean NO OTHER property compares. Floor to ceiling glass, amenities better than most paid memberships, and a light rail station 50yds from our front door. The most awesome part is that every unit is as diverse in layout and decor as the people who reside here. DO NOT LIVE AT ONE LEXINGTON I lived at One Lexington from July 2019 to December 2020. The building itself is beautiful, and offers first class amenities as well as sweeping views of central Phoenix - 5 stars there. However, what averages my overall rating to 1 star is the building’s management team, which is so absolutely terrible, they earn themselves negative 5 stars.
