Welcome to restaurant "One" home of Lebanese Cuisine. We provide a unique culinary experience of authentic recipes originating from South Lebanon, our beautiful hometowns of Hasbaya and Mimes that are famous for their rich and unfiltered olive oil. Our recipes follow family traditions inspired by emmi (mother) and seti (grandmother) with a touch of modern culinary styles. It will be a pleasure to have you here visiting and trying yourself the richness of our culture.

Great authentic Southern Lebanese food. . Our server Arratza (sp?) was personable and attentive. Wonderful babaganoush, "ONE" salad and chopped lamb skewers. The owner / chef, Zahlal (sp?) came to our table, introduced herself and after chatting with us, said she'd send a small dessert for us to share. It's was also wonderful. Definitely recommend!!
