Let me start by saying that Trisha was absolute pleasure to work with and was truly a saviour. I fell for what we call a "professional tenant" who had provided me with false documents and had of course stopped paying her rent. Thanks to Trisha, I was able to get this tenant out of my home. Trisha has been great from the get go. We are in a tougher market based on income levels and away from major cities. Despite this, Trisha is able to pull through and get the tenants I need. She understands what I'm looking for and the communication is great. Definitely very blessed to have her on my side. Appreciate your hard work tremendously. Highly recommend her to help you with your property management needs.
Trisha is very personable, professional and very easy to reach. We are very happy with her guidance and trust her vetting process.
Trisha is a terrible representative who , slanders her clients with out their knowledge. She doesn’t have investors that can afford the places she tries to lease out and will pressure the tenants to complete the repairs on the properties she tries to lease.. terrible experience with one key properties I would not recommend using them to anyone. They couldn’t even submit the tribunal documents to court on time. Thanks again for wasting my time Trisha!
We rent an office space managed by One Key Property Management and have nothing but good things to say. Trish rapidly responses to text message requests and any problems we have had with our space has been promptly fixed. We've been with them for 4 years at 2 different locations and have never once been disappointed with their service. She has a team of people working around the clock to ensure emergency maintenance services. It has been great.
