The payment portal doesn't work. We tried several times over several days. Even had Allstate make additional requests. The insurance company should just have people pickup their checks from a local office.
Terrible customer service and zero desire to help! They keep delaying the payments and literally holding people’s money!..
please let me give ZERO stars. In fact, I beg that there were negative 5 stars because these people have no viable technical process , logical communication Or back Stops. They will send you through hours and hours and hours of ridiculous exercises only to delay for weeks. I believe the longer they keep your money the more they get paid from their clients. I can’t imagine how they can be this inept.
Definitely reporting this company.
My Provider - Capital Blue - has just switched to them... The transition was not exactly seamless - every customer has to re-setup their auto payments, incurring a penalty of thousands of hours on the customer base. But the main reason for the low rating - I just went went to make a payment and OneInc wants to tack on a 25% fee....!
