This company makes it unbelievably challenging for everyday people to get paid monthly medical payments on a regular basis. The process for verifying your bank account is ridiculous and don’t even get me started on how long you have to wait to actually get paid. I don’t understand why auto accident companies would choose to partner with a company so ill equipped to streamline and simplify the process for everyday people to get paid. The customer service is just as poor as the company overall.
Since when do people use checks. This company wants a blank check or I have to get a letter from the bank with my info to set up a direct deposit. They say it’s for security. How come no other company requires this, they just take your info. I can tell I am going to hate this already. Another company that is about itself and screw customers.
My cat's insurance company Healthy Paws Inc decided to start using this third party payment system. I signed up for withdrawals to be made directly from my bank account to avoid their "digital processing fee." Unlike every other company on the planet, they did not do a tester on the bank account (one penny in, one penny out, etc) to see if the account is the correct one. I got zero confirmation on sign up so no idea if they even received the information. Terrible so far and imagine there will be nothing but problems.
This place is a joke. They can’t even keep your banking account running. When nothing has ever changed. Just want to give you a run around and then tech support can’t even get it right.some of us need this money to live on. Not wait weeks to get something put into your account..
REALLY DON'T DESIRE NO STAR! HOW DOES PAYMENTS GET STUCK ON THE GATEWAY! HOW DOES TECH SUPPORT NOT NO HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM IF YOU ARE TECH SUPPORT! WHY DOES IT TAKE DAYS TO PROCESS PEOPLE PAYMENTS! IF YOUR SYSTEM IS OUTDATED YOUR COMPANY NEEDS TO HURRY AND UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM. SEVERAL OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN GOING THRU THIS ISSUE AND HAD WE KNOWN THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPEN WE WOULD HAVE NEVER PICKED THE OPTION TO GET PAID THAT WAY.
