Shout out to Tori our apartment manager here. We have lived here for a few years now and she has always been a pleasure to work with. Any concerns we have she is quick to reply and to take care of us. Her and Jocelyn have wonderful customer service. They always make us feel at home when we see them around the property with their bubbly personalities and wonderful smiles.
One Hundred Grand Apartments is a great place to live, and the management and maintenance teams are very nice and helpful. Tori and Jocelyn are always friendly and understanding, and they respond to emails and questions in a timely manner. A special shout-out to Nico who leads the maintenance team, and with Steven together they keep the place in a good shape. I've been an active Tenant for 4 years now, & I have nothing but great things to say about this location. From the top down, they've been nothing but great to my roommate & I. Leasing Management team & especially the maintenance team, they've all been fantastic. Open to any questions I may have, & ensure any apartment needs/repairs are done in a timely manner.
Do not live here. The management here is terrible!!! Will move out as soon as I can.
The management team is not doing their work. I received a renewal offer after one year lease. The increase is crazy. I tried to negotiate with the management team by email, but not received any response. After several days, since no response received, I replied to the management team I am going to move out. They replied to me quickly. If you want to live here, you have to move after your lease ends. Since they are not welcome you to renew the lease by increasing the rent crazily.
