Ian was very knowledgeable and compassionate of his profession. He came and checked out my drainage and examined what the problem could be and advised me on what caused the blockage. I want to thank him for his time and work. I would definitely consider having him come out again, if I were to have any such drainage needs again.

Sean, from One Hour Rooter did a great job finding the problem in my kitchen pipes. He used a scope and camera to be able to view the inside of the pipes and was able to locate the clog. He checked to made sure in drained properly afterward. He was very professional and tidy. He also wore a face mask all the while he was in my house and wore shoe covers too, I’m very pleased Thanks Sean. I would recommend this company and this tech, LL

This price-gouging organization charged us $1950 for 40 minutes of two techs standing in our basement holding welding torches to our pipes to thaw them out. This occurred on the coldest day in recent history. This service is typically $100-$200/hr for a plumber here in MPLS - they charged us 10 times more than homeadvisor standard rates. As everyone else on here will attest they scam you with a promised price to get in the door and then upsell upsell upsell. AVOID THESE CROOKS!

I called these guys out because I had two toilets that were backing up. That being said I was in a panic because we had company coming over in a couple hours. Within the first 5 minutes of explaining my problem to Cori (dispatch), I was reassured they would be able to take care of it right away. Very poor Company, waited 4 days for this company to clean out a main sewer line that was under warranty. Had to deal with raw sewage on the carpet in the basement . Never would I Recomended this company. There are plenty other companies out there that are better!

Called and set up appointment to have a drain cleaned, draining slow. Web site ad said $99, service tech showed up on time, that's as good as it got. He didn't have the proper tools with to remove clean out cap, had to go in my shop to get wrench's, then his snake wouldn't go past first 90' elbow, which I told them that's why I couldn't clean it out. He went for the "you need the high pressure clean out done" to the tune of $500.00. Handed me the invoice which had the $99 charge plus they added another travel charge on top, ... read more

We called these guys for a frozen drain pipe as they had advertised a low 100 cleaning charge + trip charge. The plumber came over within 2 hours so that was nice. The trip charge ended up being 40 and then we were told that we needed to up get a 420 dollar heated pressure water service to unclog the drain. Off course we were upset since we told them the issue specifically over the phone. It was not the plumbers fault but we should be told up front about these things.
