I had an intermittent issue with my Hot water tank, Curtis came out the same day I called and had a discussion with me about the problems I was having, almost right away he determined it was a faulty probe, Parts were available at the wholesaler and the HWT was repaired during the same service call. My HWT was 2012 Bradford White 50 gallon Atmospheric tank and the part failed just 2 weeks after the part warranty expired from the original purchase. The team with One Hour Plumbing was absolutely outstanding. Not only has service been completely personalized, they were also able to do things without us being home. Curtis, Jason, John, just to name a few, have been so easy to interact with. Oh, and FYI, our quote had expired and Curtis had no problem honouring the previous commitment. If you need great service, fair pricing and incredible turnaround, look no further than these guys.
