Great Place and Good Selection – I have worn glasses all my life, so I've been to a lot of eye places. The doctors and staff are great and they really take care of you. The location is really convenient too. There was a nice selection of frames and I also got great advice on contacts, which are harder for me given my eyes tend to be dryer especially in Colo. Cindy is Jordan's angel<3 – Cindy was so wonderful with my Grandson! She helped pick out a variety of frames,left us alone to let my 8 yr. old grandson with specail needs to decide on his own. Cindy was engaged with Jordan and all his questions(explaing how lenses are made). Most kids and adults don't have such caring and kindness! Thank you Cindy! You will always be in Jordan's and my thoughts and prayers :-)
Don't Go There!! – I have spent hundreds of dollars for the worst customer service ever...severely incompetent. I had gone in several times to get my brand new glasses adjusted and each time I got them back, they were worse than before, completely bent out of wack. Nothing but bad attitude and unfriendly service. Have changed my optical provider for once and all.
Convenient Locations! – Location is very convenient and I had no wait time.
BAD BEDSIDE – Dr. Hall doesn't like emergency's. I would like to complain about Dr. Hall. I took my wife in on Jan 5, 2011, for what we thought was an emergency. My wife had a sharp stabbing pain in her eye and back pressure in both eyes. I called to see if we could get in and I was told that the Dr. Hall needed to take his lunch and would be back at 2 pm. We were told to come in early to fill out paper work, we showed up at 1:40. We were then told that the we could not see the Dr until 2:30. We were finally seen by the nurs... read more
Happy to Help – I picked up my glasses today and everyone was very helpful. The service here has been great and I would highly recommend both the doctor and the office. I will be returning here next year when my insurance covers a new pair of glasses! Thanks
I had great service! – I had a nice encounter from start to finish. The office was clean and staff courteous. I had an exam picked out my glasses and my glasses were ready when promised a week or so later. I was unable to get glasses right away because of my eye insurance, but that isn't their fault. I would highly recommend this place!
Horrible – I made an eye appointment with One Hour Optical becasue it was located close to home. The service was bad, simply stated! The young woman that work at the front desk should probable take a customer service training or be taught on how to conduct themselves while working in a professional setting! I had to wait beacause one was on a personal call (on her cell phone) and the other one told me that she would help me when she was done with her phone call. I visited the One Hour Optical in Thornton because it was close to my office. When I arrived, there were no other customers and I was asked to fill out a form for my insurance. By the time I finished, a bunch of people walked in together and the staff and these folks had what seemed to be a large, noisy reunion – while I was totally ignored for 20 minutes.
