I've been loyal customer over 25 years, but when I'm basically called a liar by the owner's wife, it's time to take my business elsewhere. I purchased a brand new overcoat which I never wore, and was intact at time of purchase. Had it dry cleaned, and noticed the lining was frayed when I got home. I brought it to her attention, she claimed her husband said it was in that condition when he cleaned it, but was never brought to my attention when I picked it up initially. Don’t do a ton of dry cleaning but regular bring in half dozen dress shirts every so often and service is always great. Dont have much of a price comparison so can’t tell you if it’s cheap or expensive… but I’ll keep coming even if it’s pricier than other places simply due to service and location
