This company ruined a full load of clothes by washing instead of dry cleaning. Management knew and admitted that they had screwed up the order. Washed a vintage velvet dress with intricate lace that was worn by our deceased daughter thirty years ago to attend Junior Cotillion. Can’t give to our great niece now. Vintage sweater from many years ago can no longer fit my wife but possibly a small child. Every day we find something else that is now unwearable. They do good work
Beware! I had two irreplaceable articles of clothing destroyed by this dry cleaner. The second time this happened the owner acknowledged they screwed up, but told me I needed to find another dry cleaner despite being a customer for years. I believe this to be the single worst case of customer service I have ever encountered. Do not use this dry cleaner!!
