We have taken our clothes to Idaho Dry Cleaners for several months. We haven't had any really bad experiences up until now. The complaints we've had are that they charge more than most other cleaners, their turn around time is slower than most and they don't attach men's dress shorts to the hanger and they always fall off and get wrinkled. I have been taking my clothes into the Idaho Dry Cleaning Company since my return to Idaho in September. When I need clothes cleaned and pressed they do an outstanding job! Their customer service has always been excellent and they have always done everything they could to take care of my needs. Sometime back I took my Dad's medic uniform from when he served in the military over 40 years ago in to them. This uniform had been stored since my Dad had been back home. They do good work. They lack communication. Every time I pick up my daughters military uniform, it is a different price, and I'm not told until I pick up. I asked to pick up at 345pm instead of any time after 4 p.m., and I was charged without letting me know, I only needed it 20 minutes before. When asked if I could get it early, no one told me yes, but they will be a charge to rush it. The last time, I got charged $10 because the front counter girl didn't charge me correctly and didn't inform me until I picked up my items. ... read more
