We took a new from the store set of pleated drapes into these people to have them repressed to get the wrinkles from the store out, and when we picked them up they had pressed them with all of the pleats gone and they were flat. Then we were told that we did not ask for pleats. It was plain to see what was there who flattens pleated drapes. They wanted to recharge us and be another four or five days out. The drapes weren't rocket science guys figure it out.
So far so good, first time dry cleaning, they are able to rush my order, price is right, I'll know for sure tomorrow Service is outstanding. I appreciate you guys. My order was done early and the jacket looks brand new. Great job, thank you
