Sent 4 pairs of my husband's Ariat jeans, one pair of suit trousers, and 4 button downs to be DRY cleaned. The jeans came back soaked around the waist and all thru the seat of the jeans, creased, and shrunken. He always seems then to be dry cleaned, never washed. I specifically said NO CREASES on the jeans, only the trousers. 🥴🥴 The shirts were not cleaned, still very dirty around the collars. I purchased a dress for an important wedding and could not get the wrinkles out of the chiffon. Idaho Dry Cleaning made it look amazing!!! Such a great relief and for a great price. Can't thank them enough!!!
This place is awful. DON'T PAY THEM TO HAVE YOUR CLOTHES RUINED! I'm pretty sure they aren't cleaning clothes at all. They just hang them up and then tell you they are "ready" 7 days later. I've dropped off so many sweaters and none of them come back cleaned at all, in fact, most came back with animal hair (dog or cat?)... and I don't have a dog or cat! I dropped off a few 100% silk skirts and they poked those giant safety pins through the front, creating holes in my skirts. They didn't offer a refund or even apologize. They... read more
