We have taken our clothes to Idaho Dry Cleaners for several months. We haven't had any really bad experiences up until now. The complaints we've had are that they charge more than most other cleaners, their turn around time is slower than most and they don't attach men's dress shorts to the hanger and they always fall off and get wrinkled.
