I have been taking my clothes into the Idaho Dry Cleaning Company since my return to Idaho in September. When I need clothes cleaned and pressed they do an outstanding job! Their customer service has always been excellent and they have always done everything they could to take care of my needs. They do good work. They lack communication. Every time I pick up my daughters military uniform, it is a different price, and I'm not told until I pick up. I asked to pick up at 345pm instead of any time after 4 p.m., and I was charged without letting me know, I only needed it 20 minutes before. When asked if I could get it early, no one told me yes, but they will be a charge to rush it. The last time, I got charged $10 because the front counter girl didn't charge me correctly and didn't inform me until I picked up my items. ... read more

Dropped off several of my blouses ( need one for a wedding ) and several of my husbands dress shirts. Just needed my blouses pressed and collars starched, no cleaning needed. I had already ironed them but wanted them nice and crisp. When my husband picked them up several days later..All 5 of my blouses evidently had been laundered or dry cleaned but, not pressed.
