AVIOD AT ALL COST!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I took two Brooks Brothers suits and one blazer in to be cleaned. All three items were damaged and when I brought this up with the manager she told me that nothing could be done. This is true I suppose because once they were damaged there was no way to return them to their original state but when I asked for a refund on the dry cleaning cost I couldn't believe that she told me no!
