Excellent service with an exceptional notification system. Technician Brian Bennett was professional courteous thorough and he listened to what I was explaining our Swamp Cooler was doing and actually not doing. Best repair service experience I have ever had. 10 stars for exceptional. Highly recommend
Brian worked very hard all day in the heat. We are happy with the installation. He explained that our new unit had a 10-year replacement warranty and 2 years of labor warranty. We received the unit warranty from the manufacturer, but we haven’t seen any documentation on the 2-year labor warranty. Please provide documentation.

Brian could couldn’t have been better! great tech knows what he is doing but will try to help out in anyway he can… if every tech is like this with one hour you’d be stupid not to call !!!!! very reasonable prices!!!! got me back on in less than 30 minutes !!! if your ac ain’t working call one hour i know i will again !!!
