Did not keep appointment First they told me one thing was broken, and then recanted and changed their mind about what was wrong with my heat pump. By itself thats not a huge problem, but I think the technician should have gotten his information correct initially before presenting it to me. The price changed from $1800 down to $600 after he got a second opinion. However they did not show up on time for the second visit, in fact they never showed up.
