I'm shocked at how unprofessional the discussion I just had with a Sales Representative from this company was. He came in and almost immediately began to argue with me about why I wanted to get another estimate on the cost of replacement furnance if I already had a quote from the company that services our system. After 15 minutes of debating me and saying I clearly don't trust the company I'm with, I suggested it would be better if he just didn't give me a quote and he agreed.
