I just wanted to leave an additional review about James who has serviced my heating and air-conditioning unit for the past several years. He is extremely punctual, professional and thorough. I find him to be honest in his appraisal and recommendations and manages to schedule whatever work may need to be done quickly. She has been great and I look forward to continue to work with him going forward.
