I am a first time home owner and I recently discovered some issues with my HVAC. One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning was able to come out same day and begin the process of upgrading my system to what I need. James was informative, respectful, and straight forward. James is great! He has been coming to service our AC and furnace for a few years now and is always polite and willing to answer any questions we have. It’s also nice that we have had the same tech for so long. This has allowed for James to become more familiar with any issues our environment poses and how to negate them. I’d consider yourself very lucky if James is the tech coming to service your stuff.
Nice man who came for estimate. Work was done when I was gone for weekend. I cannot fix squat and thus why I'm a lawyer and not a contractor. But if I was a contractor, I'd sweep up after my work and not leave the client's foyer dirty. I'd also put away the step ladder where I found it. And if I couldn't lock the sliding glass door for whatever reason, I'd notify the owner of the home to relay this fact so the owner could either explain how it works, or have a neighbor check up on the house since the house was unsecured. Update: Originally I gave them 5 stars. I thought the service was good. After my last few services I feel differently. We have a "family plan" where they service our Heating, Air and Electrical. We joined the family plan after having an issue with our dryer. Someone came out and helped us out. There wasn't an electrical issue at the time however after checking over all the electric they recommended we upgrade our electrical box.
