One hour got me back to a cold house. Jimmy was great , knowledgeable and did fantastic work. Thanks you. Will be a customer from het on out.
One hour air has been great. The maintenance has kept everything working well...it's never given us trouble. Our most recent technician, Triston was really great, professional and courteous. He did a thorough job.
I have used one hour heating and air for over 10 years. As a landlord with 10 properties and three states I have to say it’s time to move to a new vendor. Overtime, one hour heating and air has been the most expensive provider. I’ve had the most problems with the equipment they’ve installed and the least satisfaction with communication. I’ve been paying more for less and I know I can do better.
Missed the 4 hour appointment window,no calls, way overpriced so call light, over priced vent and complete system, broke my ladder to attic, only ones goes up there is them. I'm too old, can't climb......
