Missed the 4 hour appointment window,no calls,way overpriced so call light,over priced vent and complete system, broke my ladder to attic, only ones goes up there is them. I'm too old,can't climb......
Was EXTREMELY overcharged for new duct work, a UV light, and a light dusting of new insulation in the attic of our home. The online permit lookup showed they only claimed a couple thousand in materials, which means we paid them approximately nine thousand dollars in labor over the course of two days. For the price we paid we should have at least gotten new refrigerant, a coil cleaning, and all new insulation. I regret letting myself get hustled by this company. Please save yourselves from making the same mistake I did.
Made an appointment for the paid yearly service at my mother’s house. Was set between 10 - 2. Waited and not even. Txt or call. I call and they tell me the tech had come out and there was no answer! BS! Why did they not call or msg as is stated in My txt for conformation????? Very unprofessional and disrespectful!
I have used One Hour for a few years. They were great when I needed a new HVAC during the pandemic. However, when you need something fixed in an emergency beware. The unit they sold me in 2020 just stopped cooling. I was on my way home when I found out. They gave me an appointment window of 6PM to midnight to come look at it.
