I have used one hour heating and air for over 10 years. As a landlord with 10 properties and three states I have to say it’s time to move to a new vendor. Overtime, one hour heating and air has been the most expensive provider. I’ve had the most problems with the equipment they’ve installed and the least satisfaction with communication. I’ve been paying more for less and I know I can do better.
Missed the 4 hour appointment window,no calls,way overpriced so call light,over priced vent and complete system, broke my ladder to attic, only ones goes up there is them. I'm too old,can't climb......
Was EXTREMELY overcharged for new duct work, a UV light, and a light dusting of new insulation in the attic of our home. The online permit lookup showed they only claimed a couple thousand in materials, which means we paid them approximately nine thousand dollars in labor over the course of two days. For the price we paid we should have at least gotten new refrigerant, a coil cleaning, and all new insulation. I regret letting myself get hustled by this company. Please save yourselves from making the same mistake I did.
Made an appointment for the paid yearly service at my mother’s house. Was set between 10 - 2. Waited and not even. Txt or call. I call and they tell me the tech had come out and there was no answer! BS! Why did they not call or msg as is stated in My txt for conformation????? Very unprofessional and disrespectful!
