I have used One Hour for a few years. They were great when I needed a new HVAC during the pandemic. However, when you need something fixed in an emergency beware. The unit they sold me in 2020 just stopped cooling. I was on my way home when I found out. They gave me an appointment window of 6PM to midnight to come look at it. 6-8 thousand dollars for a mini split ac unit is outrageous. Don’t bother with them.

First time I called for their service the technician was awesome and helped me out tremendously so much to the point I called a second time to make another appointment with the same company however this is where I had problems and ultimately canceled doing further business with them.
