HORRIBLE product and customer service. Unit we bought less than 5 years old and broke down. Oddly enough, we have a five year warranty. Hmmm. It's been a week and jokers have been playing the "let me see if we have the part" and "let me check if it's under warranty" game. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Offers Money Back Guarantee, but doesn't honor it - Why do they still get 5 stars? – "If you're not happy, we're not happy." Or so they say. Service Guarantee – This company seems dedicated to providing great service and ensuring customer satisfaction. They initially misdiagnosed a problem, but they bent over backwards to make it right, even refunding my money. They stood by their service guarantee. I just want to warn anyone who's been told they have a cracked heat exchanger and was instructed to turn off their heat completely until the entire furnace can be replaced.
