The owner of the shop was 1/2 hour late because she "got up late." That would have been fine except that no one answers the phone when calling the store number. So after waiting for 1/2 hour, I take my items into the store and she would not do same-day service. She gave an excuse about volume and having to take it to the "other" store, and because I was a first-time customer, she could not offer service. Just for anyone wondering. It isn’t One hour dry cleaning, that’s just the name of the business which seems like false advertising to me. All of the employees are some of the rudest human beings I have ever met, and are also not helpful in the slightest. Take your money elsewhere like Charlie’s near Twin Oaks.

I sent my blanket that doesn’t fit in the dryer and it came back with a big rip in the seam they never notified me of. I also sent my blazer because my son spit up on it and they didn’t get the spot out or tell me they couldn’t get it out. Don’t go here.
