I have a samsung galaxy s25 ultra I brought to them to have the screen replaced. The screen replacement has been just fine, but they ruined my rear facing camera behind the screen. They did take the phone apart multiple times in an attempt to fix it and even replaced the camera module for free, but they can't seem to re-install the camera without getting contaminates (dust, moisture, oil from fingers, etc.) between it and the screen. My iPad wasn’t able to be fixed in the 1hr same day, but I was able to get it first thing the next morning which was great. The staff was great and the price was good.
I brought my phone in when I started having trouble getting my charging cable to connect into the port. They did a thorough job cleaning out the port and it works great now. I hadn't heard the cable snap into the port like that in a long time! I'd definitely come back to them with any larger repairs needed.
Didn’t know my apple battery replacement was not a certified apple product. Not sure how this will impact my phone or not? Otherwise, service was good … dropped off and returned in 3 hours to pick up.
