Dropped my phone and it wouldn’t turn back on have lots of important stuff on the phone, brought it here explained what happened to the guy for 2 minutes and said “come back in an hour” went and looked around target for a while and got some food came back and it was all fixed within an hour brand new battery and was a reasonable price too
Came in for service on my Pixel 8a. I appreciated the breakdown of services and the diagnostic accuracy. After a shipping wait for authentic parts, and alerts by text, they handled the repair very quickly the day the parts arrived. My phone is back online for a fraction of replacement, and the repair is covered by the shop giving me peace of mind. Talk about fast! My sons Nintendo Switch has been cracked for 4 months, not just cracked, but destroyed… I waited so long to get it fixed because I didn’t know where to take it and it’s always such a hassle to get devices fixed. Total lifesaver! My son dropped his iPhone 11 while loading the car, and as any parent of a teen knows, it was an absolute disaster. I took him here with low expectations, but the owner (I believe his name is Jephett) was incredibly confident.
