I paid the deposit for a battery repair and was told to bring the device in and that it'd be same day within an hour or two, but I called hours later and was told they wouldn't be able to start til after the weekend. I explained that wasn't my expectation at all since they told me the time would be within an hour or two and that I needed my phone for the weekend. So they gave my phone back and kept my deposit.
