My experience was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. My ac stopped working and I called one hour out. The tech told me that there was a leak in the system and he could recharge it and then do a leak test. He gave me of FIVE THOUSAND for parts and labor to find the leak, or 900 for the service call and to re charge and no guarantee it would hold a charge. Which I STUPIDLY paid. We have a ac with a warranty that says parts 100% paid for ten years. Yet we were charged $199. When we first called was told $58 service charge which we were fine with. Technician Michael Bell came told my husband $380 when my husband tried asking about warranty and why we were being charged that Michael got rude to him and said this is upgraded part and your only option .than told him he didn't know what he was talking about our warranty didn't cover that. Woke up to AC not working called OHAC&H at 6 am, they made repairs and had us up and running by 9 am. Rocky was our technician, he was prompt, courteous and a true professional. One Hour is lucky to employ a tech this good.

This place is incredibly overpriced and verified by the manufacturer! You can look around and do a hundred percent better. They actually ended up charging three times in the amount of the job!

Update: They fixed our AC. Our tech was always very nice and helpful. It took 6 days for them to get our part, because they don't have spare needed parts on hand and the supply chain is down. Old: We had this place install a unit this year and have needed service once since due to the power failures of the grid damaging our unit. They came out at a very late time which was nice, and told us the motherboard was fried. They couldn't answer questions about why or how or what we could do in the future to prevent it.
