If I could give this company a 0, I would. We had our HVAC unit replaced by One Hour about 6 years ago. From the start, it never worked properly, and they ended up replacing it again shortly after. Over the years, we’ve continued to have issues with the system freezing up. My experience was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. My ac stopped working and I called one hour out. The tech told me that there was a leak in the system and he could recharge it and then do a leak test. He gave me of FIVE THOUSAND for parts and labor to find the leak, or 900 for the service call and to re charge and no guarantee it would hold a charge. Which I STUPIDLY paid. I made a home warranty claim and another technician came out took the cover off and IMMEDIATELY found the leak on a copper pipe in the unit. Was VERY obvious when... read more

We have a ac with a warranty that says parts 100% paid for ten years. Yet we were charged $199. When we first called was told $58 service charge which we were fine with. Technician Michael Bell came told my husband $380 when my husband tried asking about warranty and why we were being charged that Michael got rude to him and said this is upgraded part and your only option .than told him he didn't know what he was talking about our warranty didn't cover that. Woke up to AC not working called OHAC&H at 6 am, they made repairs and had us up and running by 9 am. Rocky was our technician, he was prompt, courteous and a true professional. One Hour is lucky to employ a tech this good.

This place is incredibly overpriced and verified by the manufacturer! You can look around and do a hundred percent better. They actually ended up charging three times in the amount of the job!
