Best In Springfield – Best in Springfield. I've lived in Springfield all my life and have had bad experiences in the past with heating companies but these guys are great. He came out to check my furnace on 1/8/12 and explained what was wrong and what I would need to get it working again. He didn't talk over my head and took the time to go over it until I understood. Everything is working now and I plan to have them go to my retired Dad's house next week.
Great Help! – The tech was very nice, explained what he was doing and was careful when removing the panel to get to the screw. He repaired and checked everything! Told me to call if I had any problems. I appreciated the help!
Informative – Keith was a very nice man. He gave me a lot of information and made sure I understood everything just fine.
On-time and very knowledgeable men – The gentlemen arrived on time and were very knowledgeable and capable. That ranks high on my list. I hope they keep these men.

Clean and Neat Work – Michael was a very polite representative from Ben Franking plumbing. The job was done very cleanly and neatly.
Friendly Technicians – I am in Summerlin and I have used One Hour for Maintenance for many years. My A/C is getting really old and the service technician gave me all the information I needed to repair it and to replace it and he never pressured me. Needless to say I replaced with One Hour, they have always been so good and friendly and thorough why would I go anywhere else?
Watch out... shady business practices.. – The guys did some work for a neighbor.. . They took his old working unit.. He called back the next business day to ask for it back and One Hour Air said.. "that unit was worth only 20 bucks..".. and that it had been "stripped down" for the copper.. They Lied.. I would never recommend these crooks to anyone.. okcman
Not Pleased with Hallmark – Overall we have not been pleased with our experience with Hallmark. We signed up for their Essential Service Package which included two routine HVAC maintenance visits to our home, once in the fall to inspect and clean the furnace and once in the spring to clean air handler and compressor/condenser and inspect to make sure all was in working order.
