This review is complicated: 2 Stars- For ease of appt I entered my info on app and did receive a call back for several weeks. 3 Stars - Initial estimate. James came to my home and didn't understand my wants and needs. His initial estimate was incorrect. I then approved the work with a correctionand scheduled service. No one showed up (I took off work). I was told their website is confusing and I want supposed to schedule. I will get a call once all the parts are received. Great service often comes after an initial problem. Had an initial problem but the aftercare from One Home Solutions was stellar. I would not hesitate to use them for my next project.
I am pleased to report we have nothing bad to say about our experience with this company. They came out and did an estimate, and we were able to send someone out that following Monday. We had 4 or 5 things that needed to be done. The workman managed his time extremely well by first doing a project that needed the material to harden. While it was hardening, he went to another project and then went back to first, etc. He was efficient, did great quality work and meticulous in his clean-up.
