Ivan was an excellent technician! Took time to explain some things to me too which helps tremendously. Nice, professional, and eager to help. I will definitely be calling them back for other fixes in the future.
Missael Ochoa and his partner, Mel, were on time and gave updates (iPhone) on arrival times. Their work installing a large mirror was very professional. I would definitely use One Home Solution again.
Mel with One Home Solutions did an outstanding job in my house fixing up some settling cracks in my drywall. A few years ago, I hired a contractor in my area who convinced me that I could simply paint over a crack near a window. Me, not being very savvy in drywall repair, went ahead and attempted to paint over it. To no one's surprise, it looked like garbage. Reached out to have an install done on our property. Initial coordination they asked all the right questions, materials we had, they needed to get etc. The day of our confirmed time, they sent a message the day before to confirm, our window was 8:30-9:30 am. Window comes and goes, I reach out, they tell me the crew is finishing up a jobs close by and that someone on the crew will reach out soon. No one does. 10:30 am they show up.
