One Heat & Air was contracted to install units in a new construction neighborhood, one of which is my home. Not sure how any of their work passed inspection. My home is 3 years old and we found ourselves without heat on a single digit temp night with water coming through ceiling lights from the furnace upstairs - our new high-efficiency furnace was leaking water due to an uncapped drain located below the unit, causing condensation to accumulate in the drain pan, overflowing into attic and coming through light fixtures. Terrible business. They used plastic pipe instead of copper on a new home to try and save money and have been having issues since the very beginning. AC unit leaks freon EVERY summer. Owner agreed on making it right for $500 and told us he would contact us later to get us in the schedule. Never heard from owner again. I texted him and he tried to raise the price up due to copper going up AFTER the deal was already made and even though he was the one that decided to wait.
