The dr was lovely but I missed one appointment due to a death in the family and they said because other people have done it multiple times i couldn't see the dr. I offered to pay part despite being on dsp of the$140 fee. Refused. Cold uncaring nasty pretty much rolled he eyes at me while I was in tears and pain. Clearly works for the owner who only cares about money not health care. Which sucks because it's hard enough to find a nice dr. My name is Zara and I had an appointment with Dr Paul today and he was so rude, creepy, weird and very, very late. He was so rude to my mum that we walked out before getting any help. He’s very arrogant and a bit piggish for a doctor he should dress more tidy too. Zero stars, epic fail, no thank you Dr Paul your a strange unit
If I could give zero stars I would. I waited 80 minutes for an appointment to get my daughter to see Dr paul. My daughter has never been to this clinic and is visibly uncomfortable I’m talking for her and explaining that I’ve been told to briefly explain some medical anomalies she has to health care professionals. What a great Healthcare Clinic, I can recommend Dr Baaj as a very caring professional Dr. My husband has been seeing him for over 8 years. Over that time he has been treated for severe Emphysema. Dr Baaj is very thorough in refering him to all other speciaist he needs. After my husband past away, I was very pleased to have Dr Charleston as my Dr after Dr Baaj retired, she is very thorough, caring & allways is on time.
