Through their unique approach to fitness I have learned that I do not need to do long complicated workouts of setscand repetition to see improvement. Ben's approach to personal training showed me that things can be modified and meet goals. He uses kettlebells, weighted clubs, maces, and body weight to train one efficiently and effectively.
