Working with the Personal Trainers has been amazing, but one has truly stood above the rest. Kunga has been an amazing asset to the gym and for myself. Each session he provides new exercises, opportunities, or challenges to ensure you’re engaged and committed. He is extremely well educated on everything to do with the human body. Dr Melanie is a highly empathetic health practitioner who always goes the extra mile for those under her care. She went above and beyond to help me with a sensitive therapeutic issue recently and I cannot recommend her enough.
I can’t say enough great things about ONE Health and their staff. I have worked with both Melanie and Michelle and their knowledge, passion for learning, and continual drive to find the best solution for their patients always amazes me! From burnout to GI health these two had me covered!
