I like this doctor and I don’t have anything bad to say about them, but the staff members can be extremely rude and actually makes me feel like I should not ever come back to this location because of the tone and attitude being so caustic. Additionally, they have this ridiculous policy where you’re not able to come to or leave your appointment by rideshare. This is extremely inconvenient and something I think any prospective patient needs to know.
Excellent DR, he is honest and straightforward. He performed my surgery. You can’t even tell, I am so pleased. Went for my follow up appointment and he was very patient and answered all my questions. Front office staff Scott was wonderful
I will start off by saying I have never given a bad review on a doctor before. I have been very fortunate to have great doctors for me and my children. Very compassionate and caring I found dr Dinh on my insurance website and he was close by AND he was taking new patients. I called to schedule an appointment and the office staff was nice. My first visit to Dr. Quynh was great. She has a beautifully appointed office. I came to see Dr. Quynh to treat my brown spots. I was nervous with having laser done to my face because of hearing so many horror stories out there. But before treatment I had a quick consultation with Dr. She really assured me by explaining in details with what procedure and machines she would be using on my face.
