I visited yesterday for the walk in and the staff specially one lady on second floor was very rude. It was in the morning I already told her that we are waiting to go inside and then again she asked me are you waiting for something and asked me very rudely ok what’s the name is this is the way you talk with the patients. Plz keep the staff who knows how to communicate not the ones who shows attitude
Is there a way to give negative stars? I usually don't write reviews... nor do I like to be harsh, but this just has to be said. This is by far the WORST clinic out there. It's not worth your time to deal with rude doctors who barely know what they are doing. They act as if patients are inconveniencing them to have to make a diagnosis. I wait for so long, just to be rushed out in under 2 minutes. Asked to see a female doctor and after waiting 1hr 45m a male doctor, Dr Joseph, walks in, when I said I asked for a female doctor they said I would have to wait again... To make it worse when I was speaking to Dr. Joseph he dismissed my concerns and was rude to me... Not the first time he has dismissed my concerns but it is the first time he's been so rude.
Waiting time in family practice is ridiculous. whats the point of having certain time appointment if you wait 2 hours to see the doctor????
