Was interested in joining this gym. Wont go back after dealing with Flavia. Very unprofessional and condescending. She was asking for 350$ per month plus tax for just one month of a gym membership! Despite her pushy demeanor we were nice and we even tried to negotiate a price that was fair and reasonable. Further inquired if any discounts can be made since I am a youth, student, and someone with disabilities. Overpriced for literally no reason. The basic membership does not included any classes which is odd to me. Not worth it. There’s nothing special about this gym that makes it worth the heavy premium. Lots of “scammy” practices at the gym. You can only put your membership on hold for a month out of the year and it can’t be 2 weeks at a time. Just little money grabs wherever they can take it. Wonderful club! Pricey, but worth the longer drive and extra bucks as an investment in your health. Lotsa equipment of all kinds, not stuffy or dated with good ventilation, excellent wet area with sauna, steam room and whirlpool that is always working (although the showers could have stronger pressure). Awful people to deal with. During Covid they cancelled my classes (understandable). A year later after I moved away they demanded full payment despite not received the classes. I tried emailing and they stopped responding and sent to a debt collection agency 5 years later. I emailed again and they ignored. My credit score is now severely impacted for literally no reason. Cowboy operation.
I've had a few lessons and clinics coached by Jonas Dealer which helped me not only improve my skills but understand positioning, and anticipating shots from my opponents. He explains everything with such clarity, and with a sense of humour, which makes the clinics not only informative but entertaining. I highly suggest booking time with Jonas, whether just starting out or looking to compete in high level tournaments. Definitely 5 star coach!
