Great gym. Has everything you need, it’s super clean and the staff is seem really friendly also.
One Health has been an amazing upgrade in my Pickleball journey. Best courts and community. Made a ton of new friends:) I’m now using the gym facilities for next steps in improving health, preventing injury, and strengthing for added advantage in the courts. Super clean facilities and always upgrading equipment - a shout out to the recent upgrade of Technogym AI equipment.
I’m very disappointed with the service. I took a day off work to set up the new machines and called ahead to confirm. The help desk told me my time wasn’t booked, so I waited. When I arrived, I was told my time was booked but they still couldn’t help me. The only response from Farhana was either to wait 5 more hours until 5 PM or come back another day. I had a very frustrating experience with the membership team some time ago. During the sales process, I felt pressured with a limited time offer and promises of “easy cancellation” and “freeze options.” However, when I actually tried to cancel or freeze my membership, the process became unnecessarily difficult. I've been to a lot of gyms, but this one stands out. The trainers here are incredibly friendly and approachable. They always greet you with a smile, creating a really positive atmosphere. They go above and beyond to be kind and understanding, really listening to your concerns. Specially Pino, always takes the time to explain the purpose of each exercise, which is super helpful. The smoothies are also yum! They truly care about your progress and well-being.
