My honest take as an average working guy: This is without a doubt the nicest gym I’ve ever been to. The facility is beautiful, the locker rooms are top-notch, and the steam room is a big plus for me. I did sign up for 20 classes with a personal trainer, and honestly, I didn’t get what I wanted out of it. It was supposed to be 1-on-1, but sometimes my trainer would be more focused on chatting up another trainer and giving her "tips" and teaching her other workout moves and kind keep me in the shadows. Great gym. Has everything you need, it’s super clean and the staff is seem really friendly also.
One Health has been an amazing upgrade in my Pickleball journey. Best courts and community. Made a ton of new friends:) I’m now using the gym facilities for next steps in improving health, preventing injury, and strengthing for added advantage in the courts. Super clean facilities and always upgrading equipment - a shout out to the recent upgrade of Technogym AI equipment.
