I have been having treatment for a lower back injury with John for a few weeks now. I went from being laid in bed for most of the day due to intense pain, to now walking over 4 miles a day - pain free. John was professional, patient and paced my treatment and exercises appropriate to my needs. His guidance and advice was extremely helpful now and the future.
