Having had an MRI at another hospital, images were sent to Hatfield for my consultant appointment. My MRI, my pictures. Now Hatfield will not let me see them. Outrageous.
Lovely staff. Very clean hospital. All round great place (considering it's a hospital!)
Disappointing. The consultation was good. However, I tried to use the pharmacy but they didn’t have the available medication and were unable to deliver. They told me I would receive a call next day to collect but I am still waiting for the call. When I’ve tried to call reception there is no answer. Worse than NHS service which shouldn’t be the case.
Watch out for hidden costs - there was one charge for 'use of the hospital' 198 plus the initial consultation which was another 250 for ENT. This was not explained. That's before any procedures or medication. We had test results that cost 150 that were never sent to me even though I explained we live abroad so have no UK GP. Not a great experience for such an expensive medical practice.
Excellent service, I would highly recommend.
