I don't know how to live in this building is but architecture is sublime! Williamsburgh Savings Bank Tower, designed by Halsey, McCormack & Helmer. Buit from 1927 to 1929. Opened on April 1, 1929, constructed with elements of the Byzantine and Romanesque. Robert Helmer, architect, had the tower "to be regarded as a cathedral dedicated to the furtherance of thrift and prosperity".
