These guys: One Guy Plumbing (formerly One Guy and Sons) installed underground watermains in our development and used cheap plastic couplings at the joints. Between my neighbor and I we have had 4 major watermain breaks costing thousands of dollars to repair. I called them on their business phone, cell phones, homes phones and sent emails leaving numerous messages with no response whatsoever. Totally incompetent and irresponsible.
