Very unprofessional. I called to request a proposal for maintenance and cleaning services. The person who answered never identified themselves and seemed like my call was an imposition.
I’m a property manager in Miami and work with a lot of pool contractors which is not always easy. The owner, Hugo, responds immediately to inquiries, addresses issues promptly and even drives down to properties to fix the issues himself if need be. Highly recommend!
The kindness and expertise of Hugo is truly amazing. I was vacationing with my family and our rental house pool guy never showed and we couldn’t use our pool, so I called this company.
