Alex was a champ! Came by just to pick up some energy drinks and he had amazing energy. Looks like a great place to train if you’re in the area. Will have to stop in one of these days.

I've been coming here a long time and the experience is consistently excellent — clean, well-maintained facility and an owner who actually cares about his gym and the people in it. It's an awesome space to train in, everything you need is here, and Alex runs the place right. Highly recommend!

Great facility where you’ve got all you need and more. It’s a super chill, local community where people feel accepted, and trainers and clients actually support each other. There are great membership deals and rates, and it’s a 24/7 access facility—even on Christmas if you want to get a lift in.
