I just switched over to OFA and I am already so impressed with the customer service standards. I was switching from a commercial gym and Alex- the owner, was so accommodating with the financial fees of cancelling my old membership. He let my roommate and I have a free workout and even came down on a Saturday to meet us. I go to the NE location and it is fully equipped for any type of workout you may need. Great gym, 24 hour access. Good selection of equipment. Nice snack bar. Friendly staff. Very clean. love this place.
Great staff and amazing equipment for all fitness work cardio / bodybuilding/ Strength training all kinds of different equipment people are very nice and respectful and help is always there from the staff when ever you need advice
Very bad and smells stinky.
The locker room smells horrible. I almost threw up when I walked in. Even worse is that they do not have any paper towels. I don't recommend this gym to anyone; I would rather go to a CrossFit gym.
