Had a makeup consultation with Kimberly today and had a very positive experience. As a person who has never owned any makeup product or worn makeup, Kimberly helped me find my undertone and patiently explained me about the products , picked the shades theat would look hood on me and also applied makeup to check how they looked on my skin. And taught me how to do them as well. I came back with sample pods that i could try before purchasing the products. Thank you for making the experience extra comfortable Kimberly!

I went into OFS today for the first time & I am so glad I did! The customer service was 10/10 - both girls were so friendly & helpful, very kind & thoughtful to my 4y/o son & gave me a couple of generous makeup samples to try at home. A beautifully laid out store, but not snobbish or overpriced at all - just a lovely visit. I’ll definitely be back again - thank you! ☺️
